The governor of Qaseem honors Rajhi Steel for their participation in the sponsorship of Buraidah Promo Festival 2011

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz, Amir of Al Qassim region honored Rajhi Steel for its continued support and participation. It was during his auspices of the opening ceremony of the Buraidah promo festival "originality Buraidah 32" was held on the last Wednesday.
His Royal Highness expressed his thanks and appreciation to all participants and sponsors of the festival, hoping that their efforts and participations will be continuing in order to achieve the most aspired objectives which commensurate with the position occupied by the city of Qassim and the Kingdom in the field of tourism.
From his part, Mr. Mahdi Al-Qahtani, Chief Executive Officer of Rajhi Steel, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Emir of Al Qassim region for this honor, and said that the care of tourism received by the officials of Qassim city, which is headed by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar and his deputy, has the greatest impact on the success of this festival. Emphasizing that it contributes to the process of development in serving of economic and touristic activities in Al Qassim region in general and the city of Buraidah in particular.
Al-Qahtani pointed that, Rajhi Steel is always keen to participate in such festivals that help in supporting the developmental plans for the renaissance of the country and its future, noting that the festival is considered one of the most significant festivals held in the Kingdom that has the support and attendants by the official and popular levels. Therefore, it has become a main contributing factor to the promotion of the region.’
It is worth mentioning that Rajhi Steel is sponsoring, in addition to Buraidah promo festival, Buraidah’s Seventh Festival of the Winning Recitation Youth, which was held on Wednesday and Thursday, in an effort to support the intentions of the state's efforts to stimulate domestic tourism.
