Al Rajhi Steel Industries Co.

 Al Rajhi Steel Industries was established in 1984 by Sheikh Muhammad Abdulaziz Al Rajhi. Al Rajhi Steel Industries produces commercial and reinforced steel. With three factories in the Saudi Kingdom, Al Rajhi Steel Industries produces 750,000 tons per year (t/y) out of   Al Assemah Steel Production Factory for Reinforcement Steel (by 2007). Al Rajhi Commercial Steel products range from tubes and pipes of different ranges and sizes, galvanized pipes and sheets, normal and insulated, ordinary and corrugated sheets. In addition they provide customized cutting facilities for products such as electro-galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and checker blades.
Al Rajhi completed a steel billets factory during the first quarter of 2007. With a total production capacity of 850,000 t/y, the plant was built with a total cost of USD250 million of which USD93 million was financed through a loan from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) . Al Rajhi Steel achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2003 and SASO certified.
